A lot of brides worry about the weather before their wedding, the forecast changes to showers or thunderstorms and the stress levels increase an infinitesimal amount. So imagine the forecast says showers and then the Bruins win the Stanley Cup and the parade route is announced and it goes RIGHT PAST the church you'll be getting married in!
Even I panicked a little bit, I had nightmares of the city being blocked off so just to be safe I think I left my house around 7am, let's just say it was the first time my wedding day coverage ended up hitting 16 hours.
Anyhoo, in my new blogging style I am writing less so I'll let you enjoy these images of Bridget and the girls getting ready in the suite at the Marriott Custom House (hello! can I say what a great hotel this in - amazing panoramic views of the Boston). I also have to say how much I adored Bridget's ostrich feather wedding clutch - so much so that I used it as a little backdrop for all of the details. And finally - thank you Bridesmaids and Bridget's Mom Liz for getting all teary eyed when you saw Bridget as a bride for the first time :) Shut up Leah!!!
