NH Wedding Photographer :: Lauren & Aladin's Wedding :: Inn at Pleasant Lake, NH

Saturday morning started with a crazy huge thunderstorm and when I arrived in Hopkinton, NH around 1pm the sky looked something like this:

Lauren, Julie (Lauren's Mom), Kathleen (Maid of Honor and Lauren's sister), Maja (Bridesmaid and Aladin's sister) and Audrey (Bridesmaid and childhood friend) were enjoying lunch after a morning swim on the lake with Aladin and his groomsmen. The lunch plates were cleared away and then the getting ready fun started. First of all, Lauren's stunning dress by Pronovias:

I saw this lovely little red chair and headed outside with Lauren's shoes. Later on Kathleen told me that the chair had belonged to her and Lauren's late father as a child:

Audrey flew in from Paris, France and not only did her event planning skills prove very useful in the run up to the wedding but she also worked her magic with make up:

Lauren's wedding jewelry included a delicate gold bangle that her father had bought her, a pearl necklace and earrings from her Mom and of course her stunning engagement ring:

Lauren's Mom helped her put on the necklace:

The girls were gliding around the house putting on dresses, pinning up hair, fastening shoes and painting nails, love the last minute excitement:

I then headed over to the church to catch Aladin and the guys:
