It was very unsnowy on the beach, downright steamy humid and sunny:

It was SO hot on the beach plus this crazy guy in a pair of Speedos kept following us so we basically hopped back and forth between the beach and the quaint little town of Ogunquit:

Back to the beach. This is where Mike asked Stephanie to be his wife, complete with a romantic picnic and everything ;)

The bar in the background with the yellow shutters was were Stephanie & Mike went to have a celebratory drink after Mike proposed. I have a couple of other versions of this picture with Mike laughing but I kind of like this one:

Maybe I should have left Speedo guy in the pictures - he looked a little like Richard Simmons:

Love me a little late afternoon backlight:

Mike and Stephanie were awesome to photograph. I said we were done and Mike may have heaved a little sigh of relief :) and then when I noticed this long grass in the parking lot he happily sat on the floor and said "Leah - whatever it takes to get the money shot right?"

Stephanie & Mike - just days to go!!! I can't wait for your wedding at Renaissance Golf Club in Haverhill, MA next Saturday :)

And if the urge takes you to say hello in the comments I may just make today a double-post-blog day.....
Love the flare at the end!
