Tower Hill Botanic Gardens :: Boylston, MA :: Wedding Photographer :: Prameela + Geoff (Part III)

My mostly daily blogging pattern went out the window last week which was a blur of amazing weddings, super fun client meetings, fantastic engagement shoots and of course lots of new weddings booked for 2011.

But I'll be making up for my absence going forward as the blog is going to be chock-full of delicious pictures over the next few weeks and I'll start right now with the final post of Prameela & Geoff's wedding photographs of the reception in the Orangerie at Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston, MA. If you missed the ceremony in the secret garden you can find it **here**

Tower Hill is a beautiful and unusual weddding venue in the greater Boston area, with lush grounds and gardens, a fabulous patio for cocktails and of course the Orangerie for your wedding reception. The stunning bouquets, ceremony flowers and the centerpieces shown below were by Bloomers Florist of Worcester, MA:

The newlyweds are announced to their guests, I love the look between Prameela and her son Bharat:

Excellent toasts! First up was Geoff's brother and best man and then the two Deb's:

Music for the evening was provided by Java Jive. I first heard Java Jive play at Linda & Tom's winter wedding at Willowdale Estate. Geoff mentioned he had been looking for a band for the wedding reception, I mentioned Java Jive and so I was pleased to see Chuck, Don and Tim (left to right) at the wedding. They're a crazy bunch. During Geoff's brother's toast, he talked about Geoff having an inner super hero. Java Jive then played superhero theme tunes for part of dinner ;)

After dinner, Prameela changed into a rich red and gold sari and the Orangerie at night made a great backdrop:

Time for cake, first a birthday cake and then it was the turn of Prameela and Geoff:

Geoff with all the guys of his family:

And I'll end with these dancing pictures, the time stamp tells me it was 10:26pm and I love that Geoff and Prameela were having so much fun and dancing right to the end:

Congratulations to you both! Your full gallery will follow in a couple of weeks and I hope you've enjoyed the preview wedding photographs!

Tower Hill Botanic Garden, Boylston, MA :: Wedding Ceremony Photographs :: Prameela + Geoff (Part II)

Hello! We're back at Tower Hill Botanical Garden for the wedding ceremony of Prameela and Geoff:

The beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony took place in the Secret Garden:

Prameela's son proudly held the role of official ringbearer and was followed down the aisle by the adorable flower girls:

Julia Snider was my assistant/second photographer for the wedding and the next lovely image is hers:

There were lots of beautiful readings during the ceremony and here is Geoff's Mom reading on behalf of all of the parents:

Liking this angle:

And then it was time for the kiss (which I got but I kind of like the moment just before) and the announcement that Prameela and Geoff are now husband and wife:

The newlyweds leaving the secret garden, Geoff looking very happy!

Time for some family pictures:

The wedding party:

Then a mad dash to cocktail hour, using somewhat of an vintage feel for this picture. I'm generally not a big fan of special effects and overuse of actions and filters but I think it works here:

That's it for today ladies and gentlemen. It's CR-A-ZY week for me this week with engagement shoots, bridal shoots, client meetings and of course weddings pretty much every day so please excuse my brevity! So much more to come - the wedding reception in the Orangerie was beautiful....

Hyatt Regency Cambridge Wedding Ceremony Pictures :: Neeta + Rich (Part III)

After the getting ready fun which you can catch up on **here** and the super cute first look **here**, we had a little block of time scheduled to take some pictures of the family and wedding party before the wedding ceremony that would take place outside at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Cambridge, MA.

More time to spend on your wedding day with your closest friends and family? More time to enjoy the amazing Indian appetizers at cocktail hour? Relaxed family pictures and fun with the wedding party? Yes please!

Some call me Leah Haydock, epic wedding photographer.
Others call me Leah Haydock, child whisperer:

As guests entered the courtyard of the Hyatt Regency for the wedding ceremony, they were invited to enjoy a glass of Mango lassi:

The music of Alla Breve signaled the start of the wedding ceremony (check out the sheet music on the ipad):

Rich with his brother John, sister Sherrie and groomsman Scott waited patiently:

Neeta walked down the aisle (her beautiful pink bouquet is by My Personal Florist in Reading, MA) and took her place opposite Rich as they prepared to say their vows. Rich looked straight at Neeta:

And Neeta looked right back, with the biggest smile ever:

The wedding ceremony included beautiful personal vows that Neeta and Rich had written themselves, they were heartfelt, touching, funny and very "Neeta & Rich". Special guest Liger watched his parents get married from a window in the hotel, there was laughter and just so much love:

And by the power vested in me by the state of my blog, I pronouce you husband and wife. You may kiss your bride:

I think it's fairly safe to say that this is a picture of extremely happy newlyweds. I am having trouble deciding who looks the most happy:

If you come back tomorrow - not only will there be the most amazing first dance EVER but I'll also link you over to pictures from my second shooter, the most overqualified second shooter ever, that's all I'm saying :) And I'll have a list of all the wonderful vendors who made this wedding the great event it was. My editing speed directly correlates with the number of comments so feel free to talk back...
